I am a Registered Social Worker and Yoga Teacher, living and working in the province of Ontario. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph, and a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University.

I believe in approaching life with an essence of curiosity, compassion and creativity. I value relationships based on authenticity, safety and collaboration and aim to bring these qualities into our work together. I believe that we are all hardwired for healing, harmony and connection, even when this feels out of reach - and it’s an honour to work alongside others to help facilitate this process.

I work with individuals of all ages who may be experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, seeking emotional wellness, struggling with feeling stuck, exploring their sense of self or needing some clarity as they navigate life transitions.
